Bio
David has 35 years of marketing and business professional experience including: consulting, adjunct-Professor at Rutgers University School of Communications, over ten years of global and corporate marketing responsibilities, plus eleven years in the advertising game in New York City.
Most recently, David was the Director of Marketing at AllSector Technology Group and their XBRM Division. An IT Services Outsourcing and Case Management SaaS Provider; and a consulting practice specializing in business continuity, emergency management planning, disaster recovery, and homeland security.
David was a principal advisor, consultant and certified business coach in his own firm representing ActionCOACH (2002-2007). In addition to his work as a Business Advisor, David was also an award-winning adjunct-Professor at Rutgers University School of Communications. He is also a managing partner of Fun Fitness Training LLC, whose mission is to help children and adults create and maintain healthy, strong bodies and minds through fun fitness games, exercises and programs.
David was Director of Marketing and Communications for Silverline Technologies, Ltd (NYSE:SLT) with responsibilities for global and corporate marketing activities. Silverline provided IT software consulting and solutions in e-Business, CRM, Legacy Transformation, and Application Maintenance to Global 2000 companies. David also worked with an Internet start-up where he was Director of Marketing and Alliance Management. David also held Director of Marketing and Communications positions at VoIP Telephony Software company, a wireless telephone carrier, and national computer hardware and software distributor.
David also spent eleven years in the NYC advertising game on a wide variety of accounts. Prior to his career in marketing David spent five years in the financial arena as a Credit Analyst and Credit Manager.
David holds a BS (Banking/Finance & Marketing) and MBA (Marketing & Finance), both from New York University. He has been, and still is, an officer/board member of various industry, educational, and community service organizations, such as Highland Park New Jersey Main Street, BNI, and Chamber of Commerce. David has also sat on the board of directors of a publicly held corporation and is a speaker and panelist at business and industry events. And has been involved in several new business startups, where he worked on business plans and strategic planning, as well as capital raises. David is also a published author and United States Patent Holder.
